01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the a999 platform at a999.cx, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and a999. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services available on a999, including sports betting, slots, live casino, promotions and the VIP programme. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, which form part of the overall agreement between you and a999.

a999 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered players of material changes where reasonably practicable.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a999 you must meet all of the following requirements:

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your a999 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed and any instructions given through your account, regardless of whether those instructions were made by you personally.

• Keep your login credentials, password and security details strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact a999 support immediately.
• Each player may hold only one a999 account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or a different name, is a breach of these terms.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on a999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa – instant mobile wallet deposit
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer – standard bank account transfer in PKR
• Cards & Mobile Wallets – debit and prepaid cards issued in Pakistan

Deposits are credited to your a999 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. a999 does not charge any fees on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party payment method will be returned where possible, and the account may be suspended pending investigation. a999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at a999 are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where that method supports withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Any active bonus balance must have its wagering requirements met in full before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• a999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or high-value transactions.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Typical processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals arrive within minutes of approval; Raast transfers are near-instant once processed; bank transfers take between one and three hours during normal operating hours. a999 does not charge withdrawal fees.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

a999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which are displayed on the Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified a999 account in good standing.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device or IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

07 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at a999 covers cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless a999 specifically offers a cash-out option on that market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or rescheduled, settlement rules for the affected market are applied in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published in the a999 sports betting rules section.
• a999 reserves the right to void bets placed on any market where there is evidence of manipulation, incorrect pricing or technical error. Players will be notified of any such void.
• Live betting markets close at the discretion of a999. Bets placed during any period of interruption to a live event may be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the rules of each individual leg. If any leg is voided, the accumulator will be recalculated based on the remaining valid legs.

08 Slots & Casino Games

All slots and casino games available on a999 are provided by third-party game developers and are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules set by those providers. a999 does not alter the underlying mechanics of any game.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Results are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake for that round will be returned to your account balance.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and subject to change in real time. The displayed amount at the time of triggering a jackpot is the amount that will be awarded.

• VIP benefits including faster withdrawals, higher limits, exclusive bonuses and dedicated support are awarded at the discretion of a999 and may change without prior notice.
• VIP status is non-transferable and applies to the registered account holder only.
• a999 reserves the right to demote a player's VIP tier or remove VIP status entirely if the player's activity falls below the required threshold or if the account is found to be in breach of these terms.
• Diamond tier members are assigned a dedicated personal account manager. This service is provided as a benefit and does not create any additional contractual obligations on a999.
• VIP bonuses and rewards are subject to the same general bonus terms set out in section 6 above unless the VIP reward terms state otherwise.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on a999. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or any technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or collusion with other players.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

a999 may suspend or close an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting a999 support. If there is a verified balance in your account at the time of closure and there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations, that balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly administration fee after the 12-month inactivity period, as disclosed in the account terms displayed in the cashier section. Players are encouraged to log in and withdraw any balance before an account becomes dormant.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. a999's total liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. a999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of any particular game or feature for your specific purposes.

15 Changes to These Terms

a999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, a999 will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the a999 platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
